On the cornice of this 1930s building, we isolated the specific root problems of improperly laid stone and insufficient gutters that were causing severe and dangerous stone delamination.

By executing a "drop" we developed repair method for early 1930s decorative roof antefixae and internal armature, trained contractors without a single change-order and saved the government $2M.
